VAF-F2012.013 Mandal sixth form college - turnkey contract

Vest-Agder county has the pleasure of inviting companies to a tender competition for upgrading Mandal sixth form college.
In 1996 the first construction stage of the upgrade of the college was completed, whilst the second construction stage has been put on ice for various reasons. The college is now looking to upgrade and extend, which will give the vocational subjects completely new facilities, as well as giving the college larger communal areas in the centre of the college. A new main entrance from the west shall be established with access from the new outside area and car park.
The main work will be to construct a new building-d (vocational subjects), total renovation of building-b (teachers/admin approx. 1 300 m2), new study area with the accompanying auditorium and consultancy offices, as well as a new freestanding garage/storeroom. The study area will connect the existing buildings and the new building-d together and will extend the current indoor street area considerably. The new building will make up approx. 6 300 m2. Furthermore alterations/renovation and extensions in various plaes in the existing buildings are included, these make up approx. 600 m2.
