This notice is for a tender competition that is being held for Nordland Hospital HF, c/o the Development Centre.
The majority of this tender competition will be for the procurement of equipment for phase 2 of the alteration project at the hospital in Bodø, as well as for a new hospital in Vesterålen. In addition there will be some procurements for the hospital in Lofoten.
The competition is for the procurement of hospital beds, bedside tables, mattresses, trolleys and various accessories.
Framework agreements shall be signed for, amongst other things, hospital beds and bedside tables, whilst the other deliveries shall be procured together.
All communication between suppliers and the awarding authority on this tender shall be carried out via Mercell Sourcing Service in order to ensure good documentation of the entire procurement process.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
K1 Company register certificate. Requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in accordance with the current laws and regulations. Documented by: Company register certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
K2 Tax certificate VAT. Requirement: Tenderers shall enclose tax certificates as documentation that taxes have been paid (or equivalent in accordance with the practice in the country where the tenderer is registered).
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Documented by: Tax certificate (RF-1244 Stipulated by the Directorate of Taxes) where the supplier has his main office and the from tax collector in the relevant county.
K3 Tax certificate other tax. Requirement: Tenderers shall enclose tax certificates as documentation that taxes have been paid (or equivalent in accordance with the practice in the country where the tenderer is registered).
K4 HSE self-declaration. Requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a self-declaration of compliance with the legal requirements in Norway for health, environment and safety.
Documented by: The tenderer shall declare that he or those he represents has/have routines for inspecting HSE for the activities included in the contract. This also includes confirmation that the object procured is in accordance with ISO 14000 or EMAS.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
K5 Annual accounts. Requirement: Tenderers shall show sufficient financial solidity. Documentation: The tenderer's revised annual accounts for the last 3 years are to be enclosed with the tender. (The last approved quarterly annual accounts or equivalent can be included.)

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
K6 Capacity. Requirement: Tenderers shall show sufficient capacity to fulfil the actual assignment. Documented by: A reference list with an overview of the most important and relevant comparabe assignments that the tenderer has carried out/completed in the last five years shall be documented; including information on value, date and the name of the awarding authority with a reference person and telephone number. The references' relevance will be assessed as regards the extent and type of equipment. Our own references at NLSH can also be taken into consideration; documented bad ability to fulfil assignments from previous contracts to the awarding authority can lead to rejection of the tenderer.

Alternatively, if the tenderer has existed as a legal person for less than one -1 year and does not have any references from completed contracts, the capacity can be shown by enclosing lists of the offered manpower for this specific contract, with documentation of technical qualifications of the relevant personnel.
