Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority is in progress of planning 2 new games concepts; “Nabolaget” (the Neighbourhood). Scheduled initiation Q3 2012 and “Eurojackpot”, scheduled initiation Q1 2013.
With this tender contest, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement regarding production of a TV concept for “Nabolaget” and development of idea to TV concept and production of TV concept for “Eurojackpot”.
The games are of different nature which again constitutes 2 directions with accompanying requirements to production and content. The production must consider the requirement that the content is adapted for use through web and applications across monitors and social media, both between and during transmission.
The Awarding Authority will be responsible for TV draws towards transmission channel (not yet selected). The transmission channel’s all time prevailing requirements to technical quality must in every respect and at all time be safeguarded.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement is 3 years from signing of contract. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1+1 year(s) (further 3 years, with one year at a time). This means that the total contract period, including options, is 6 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse

— Any other information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial strength.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Brief presentation of the company which describes vision, business idea and business areas,
— Brief description of the organisation (including organisation plan), company structure and owner structure,
— Description of relevant competence associated with the tenderer in relation to the requested areas (this does not include employees intended for the assignment),
— Description of available capacity in relation to production,
— Description of the tenderer’s 3 most relevant entertainment concepts, including values, duration and awarding authorities,
— The tenderer shall substantiate if security and quality are systematically followed up, including management of security incidents and deviations, e.g. in accordance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 or equivalent.

— The tenderer shall be well experienced with delivery of corresponding nature,
