Klepp kommune

Klepp municipality shall construct a new school at Tu for years 1-7 with 2 classes in each year. The building has an area of approx. 4 700 m² and has 2 floors. The works are to be carried out as 3 turnkey contracts, but with deviations for the architect. Alliance Arkitekter AS have been engaged by the awarding authority to design the building, all other engineering design services will otherwise come under the contractors for each contract. The contractor for construction works will be the main contractor.
Contract 1 - Construction works including ground and outdoor works as well as a lift.
Contract 2 - Ventilation and plumbing works.
Contract 3 - Electrical works including a control plant.

(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts)
