Turnkey contract Torvastad school and arts centre

The procurement is a construction procurement related to municipal buildings. The project is called Torvastad school and arts centre. The building will house various activities connected with the school and culture.
The building will be constructed on Torvastad, North of Karmøy, located east of the Torvastad sports clubs.
Torvastad school and arts centre will be constructed as a two parallel school with student numbers around 315 and an area of approx. 4 000 m². In addition there is an estimated 1 100 m² for cultural activities where half of this area can also be used by the school. Total area is estimated to be about 4 500 m². The building will house various activities connected with the school and culture, which creates the need for variation in size of the rooms, room type, and whether there should be open or closed solutions.
The project eill be undertaken as a a turnkey contract.
