Ullerntunet comprises an East Wing and a West Wing (high-rise) and an old building in the middle, between the two wings, called the main building. The main building is on the Office of Cultural Heritage's "yellow list" of listed buildings. In addition, there are connections between the two wings and the main building.
The East and West wings shall be environmentally decontaminated and demolished without the main building affected.
The same applies to connecting buildings between the wings and the main building.

— The company's last annual report, including notes, management report and auditor's reports, including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures,
— Award authority reserves the right to obtain credit evaluation/rating, based on the last known accounting figures.
Assessment/rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency.

— Service provider shall have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts);
(5) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts);
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
— Description of service provider's average workforce and employees in the administrative management in the past 3 years,
— Description of technical personnel that service provider use for fulfillment of the contract, both belonging to the enterprise and those that do not belong to the company,
— Information about education and professional qualifications of service provider and service provider's administration management, particularly in regards to the personnel responsible for carrying out the contract,
— Documentation of central approval, or documentation that the service provider is eligible for approval in the relevant local enterprise class 3 in relevant subject areas for the implementation of the contract (cf. § 4.9 and associated guidance on the following link:
