The contract is for engineering design services for and the construction of a new buildng for an 11 department nursery, as well as the renovation of a swiss villa that shall house 2 department and administration premises for the nursery. The contract also includes ground works and development of the site and play area. In addition to the construction of the nursery, new building and renovation, parts of the existing buildings shall be demolished and approx. 150m of Ekelyveien shall be developed in accordance with the municipality's requirements with the development of a pavement on one side of the road.
The turnkey contractor shall be responsible for the application process.
The competition is also published in Oslo municipality's procurement portal, see https://lextra.oslo.kommune.no/app/koeportal/innkjop.portal.
Contractors must register in this procurement portal in order to obtain the tender documents. All communication about the procurement will go via Oslo Municipality's Procurement Portal. The exception is contractor's questions about the tender documents and the receipt of tenders. It is not sufficient to register your interest in DOFFIN.
