The contract includes delivery of complete control system for remote control and monitoring of all water and sewage installations in Tromsø municipality.
The contract includes i.a:
— Complete system specification, programming / configuration and implementation of FAT of complete system in the contractor’s premises,
— Delivery of a complete design document for the system,
— Delivery of complete library with standard objects, PLS an HMI,
— Delivery, installation, SAT and commissioning of complete remote control system located in the control room at the Water and Sewage department,
— Execution of system tests, adjustment and commissioning of all process functions and auxiliary systems,
— Implementation of an operation and maintenance system where all objects in the control system shall be defined,
— Complete operation and maintenance documentation for the delivery.
All cabling and connection of equipment in the delivery shall be included.
