Oslo municipality c/o the Health Department is holding a competition for a transport scheme by vehicle and driver/helper for home visits by doctors on municipal emergency doctor duty.
— Driving the doctor and equipment to the patients and back to the emergency surgery without unnecessary time wasting,
— The personnel shall assist when needed and be available as the doctor’s helper at the patient’s house,
— The personnel shall ensure that the equipment is not forgotten at the place of consultation, this can be, for example, the doctor’s equipment bag and heart starter,
— Ensure that the equipment bag is refilled (the emergency surgery has stores in Storgt. 40 and pays for this equipment),
— The vehicle and personnel shall be available in accordance with the manpower plan stated in the specifications.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order. Foreign service providers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian.
The service provider shall be a legally established company: Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as mandated in the law in the country where the service provider is established.

Credit rating from a certified credit rating agency, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures.
The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating.

The service provider shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required.
Self-declaration that the vehicles will have the required certification.
a. An account of the equipment that the service provider will use for fulfilment of the contract (type of vehicle). A draft of any procurement plan of what shall be procured, the financing, supplier and date of delivery.
b. Organisation chart of the whole organisation with the number of drivers that are available, as well as the number of employees and functions in administration.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Required public licences to operate transport in accordance with the assignment.
Sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment. Sufficient capacity means:
— at least 4 vehicles + 1 spare vehicle and a minimum of 16 persons on a rota,
— an administrative function that is suitable for handling the assignment.
