District Frogner invite companies to an open tender competition for transport services, both transportation of persons and other types of transport.
The main aim of the contract is to obtain transport for elderly and disabled persons to and from day centres, driving children and escorts to and from nursery departments for daily excursions as well as delivering post.
The district would also like to have tenders in the form of an option for other types of transport assignments, including employees, driving aids and sporadic trips.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts)
(6) Other documentation required (please state below)
Service providers are required to have all the necessary insurance that covers the means of transport, drivers and passengers. Confirmation from the service provider as well as copies when the contract is signed.
The offered vehicles must at a minimum fufil the Euro-5 requirement for exhaust emissions. Service providers shall document that the emission from the means of transport that shall fulfil the assignment at a minimum fulfils the Euro-5 requirement for exhaust emissions.
