Scope of work is transport and energy recovery of residual waste from households and commercial:
A: 4.500 tons/year residual waste collected from households.
B: 4.500 tons/year shredded residual waste from recycling centres and collected from commercial.
All waste has to be picked up at Ramnflauget i Sortland. Contract open up for changes in waste amount with +/-35 % in contract period.
The offer have to include the total waste amount and include an alternative solution based on that source separation of wet organic waste will stop within the contract period. The energy recovery plant have to achieve at least 65 % utilization of produced energy.
