Collection, transport and final treatment of the following waste fractions:
1. Amputated parts and other body parts from human beings.
2. Medical waste; i.e.:
a. Infectious waste.
b. Drug residues.
c. Piercing/cutting waste.
d. Other hospital waste not considered hazardous waste.
3. Organs and tissue samples mixed with formalin.
4. Combination of points 1,2 and 3 (1 and 3 for Sørlandet Hospital Trust, only).
The contract applies for the entire South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, but only the hospitals in Østfold, Vestfold, Buskerud and Telemark will fully participate. Sørlandet Hospital Trust participates in points 1, 3 and 4. Oslo University Hospital Trust participates in point 3, only. This also applies for hospitals in Akershus, Hedmark and Oppland if such waste is generated.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

(5) Other documentation required (please state below).

The tenderer shall have an ethical proper business.

If the tenderer during the previous 5 years have been sentenced for corruption, fraud or money laundry or is guilty of legal offences in relation to the occupational conduct, judgement and facts of the case must be accounted for.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal from the company AAA Soliditet AS/Dun & Bradstreet. Tenderers with lower rating than A may submit parent company guarantee or annual accounts including auditor’s report for the previous 2 fiscal years, alternatively for the period the company has been in operation.

This is further described in the tender documents. See the tender documents for further description of qualification and documentation requirements.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to meet the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

— Description of equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment available for the tenderer during the implementation of the assignment.

The Awarding Authority particularly requests the following documentation:

— The final treatment plant’s permission to combust the waste,

— Capacity,

— Permissions for transporting waste.

Competence and systems which ensure that the service is conducted in accordance with national and international environmental legislation. This applies for both the transport as well as related works.

— The tenderer shall substantiate environmental management measures/environmental management system.
