Tourist information services in Drammen
Drammen kommune
Drammen municipality would like to take care of and attract several regional, national and international tourists. In order to see to their need for information, advice and adaptations, it is necessary to continue the offer of a tourist information office in the centre of Drammen.
As Drammen municipality’s current contract for running the tourist information services expires 1.6.2012, a new operational contract for tourist information services shall now be signed. The contract is for 3 years with an option for 2 years (3+2). The aim is that the service is operative from 2.6.2012. The service will be evaluated at the end of the procurement period of 3 years, with the aim of a possible continuation. If the service is continued, it can be continued for two years with the winner of this competition, provided that the awarding authority finds it appropriate.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Service providers shall have sufficient financial ability to fulfil the obligations in the estimated limits in the contract.
Each tenderer will be assessed by the awarding authority by the help of a credit rating. We use the company Soliditet that provides credit ratings in accordance with the “direct reply model”.
The awarding authority will state the rating that the awarding authority itself believes to be in accordance with the contract’s total risk. The minimum requirement for the rating for this procurement is A. Tenderers who do not achieve A as the tenderer is newly established or being established, must provide reasons for this in the tender. The awarding authority will obtain the documentation for the credit rating.

Companies that due to the organisation’s form are not credit rated by Soliditet, will be assessed by the awarding authority on the service provider’s economic key figures. These tenderers shall enclose the accounting figures and auditor’s report for the last 3 years.
