Tokerud School shall be demolished and a new school shall be constructed. The school shall be expanded from a 3 parallel comprehensive school to a 6 parallel comprehensive school with capacity for 540 students. Net area programme indicates an approx. 4 410 m² function area. The existing school building (in progress of being demolished) has a gross area of 4 768 m2. The project shall be executed as a partnering model with early involvement of the central participants during the project development stage.
