Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

If the bidder is a working partnership the bid shall be accompanied by a declaration of solidary liability towards the supplier and any third parties.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
(4) Other documentation required (please state below).
Documentation of any significant change in the provider's equity and capital adequacy in relation to the last audited accounts shall be included with the bid.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The bidder's equity must be positive. If the provider is working partnership, the requirement for each of the participants. The bidder's average annual turnover should be at least as large as the annual turnover that contract will generate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(4) Other documentation required (please state below).
Bidders who are newly established companiens and can not produce references must include in their bid an account of company formation and employee skills, planned organization for the contract and CV's of key personnel.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Bidders must have the necessary skills and experience, both technical, professional, organizational and administrative. The required technical and professional competence and relevant experience of key personnel used for the contract. Documentation on this shall be included in the bid. Bidders shall have experience of work of the same nature and degree of difficulty and it requires that bidders can show references of relevant contracts which they have carried out to satisfaction. Such documentation shall be included with the bid. The average of the H1 value for the last three (3) years should be lower than 15. If it is higher it shall the bid offer an account of the development trend of H1-value and possibly F-value and any improvements implemented and documented effects of these.
