Tender plumbing installations- Sandnessjøen swimming pool and arts centre

The project’s nature and extent.
Alstahaug municipality shall construct an environment and energy friendly swimming pool in connection with a new arts centre.
The plumbing installations that are included in the project are as follows:
Sanitary installations.
External pipes including connection to public pipelines.
Water pipeline: 100mm water pipeline connected to the public pipeline in the existing water manhole 645 towards the north.
Surface water: 160mm surface water pipeline connected to the public pipeline in the existing surface water manhole 6615 towards the north.
Excess water: 200mm excess pipeline is to be lead out to the sea on the north of the building. Excess water pipeline 160mm is to be connected to the excess water manhole 1547 to the south of the building.
Water meters, sprinkler plant and hot water tanks are to be installed in a technical room in the basement. The cold water/hot water pipelines will go from here to equipment on the ground and first floors. Waste water from showers will be recycled via a heat pump that transfers energy for preheating of hot tap water. Fat interceptors are to be installed buried externally on the north side of the building.
Heating installations.
A heat plant will be in the technical room in the basement.
The main heating source is district heating from the municipal district heating network. The heating installations are dimensioned as a low temperature system with a outward/return temperature of +55/35 degrees C.
Underfloor heating installations are to be installed on large parts of the ground floor. It is assumed that there will be air heating in the swimming pool and radiators shall be installed under the windows in the rest of the building.
Sprinkler installations.
Complete new sprinkler installations shall be assembled in the whole of the building apart from in the swimming pool. The sprinkler plant is to be assembled in the technical room in the basement.
