The assignment comprises operation and maintenance tasks with function responsibility for some of the tasks. The assignment shall be executed on national roads and national bicycle/foot paths, county roads and county bicycle/foot paths with accompanying related facilities, related areas, etc. in the listed municipalities in Buskerud and Oppland counties. The contract period is from 1.9.2013 until 31.8.2018. The Awarding Authority has an option to prolong the agreement with 12 months, until 31.8.2019. A tender conference will be held 27.11.2012 (12:00) at the district road office in Buskerud, meeting room “Sundland”. Address: Tollbugata 2, Drammen, Norway. Parts of the tender documents are dispatched on separate storage unit. The tenderer must request this by written orders sent by e-mails to firmapost-sor@vegvesen.no. The tenderer must provide information of name of the contract, as well as verify that the storage unit with content is returned to the Awarding Authority subsequent to submitted tender. The tenderer shall also give the postal address for the storage units to be returned. (NT Ref:272411).

The tenderer’s equity shall be positive. If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership, the requirement applies for all participants. The tenderer’s average annual turnover should as a minimum be equal to the annual turnover the contract generates.

Tenderers with newly established company and therefore unable to present references must in the tender give an account of the company formation and the employees’ competence, planned organisation for the assignment and CVs for key personnel.

The tenderer must have the required expertise and experience, both in relation to technical, professional, organisational as well as administrational requirements. The Awarding Authority requires technical and professional competence, and relevant experience from the key personnel proposed for execution of the assignment.
