The municipal technical department henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests tenders for municipal technical facility for 5 sites at the housing estate area Gjerdeplassen in Austefjorden.
Briefly the works include:
— 355 m upgrading of the existing road,
— 50 m new road,
— approx. 900 m water and sewage plant,
— approx. 500 m electrical/telecommunication plants.
The water and sewage plant includes water pipes, waste pipes, floodwater pipes, drain pipes, manholes and all accompanying equipment necessary for connecting all involved pipes.
Most of the area is old farming land, but rock on sections of the road and the water and sewage lines is to be expected.
The existing roads shall be upgraded to hard surface with road lighting. The road lighting and the electrical/telecommunication plants are projected and managed by Tussa. The contract and execution shall be in accordance with the standards given in Norwegian Standard.
