Filmens Hus represented by the Norwegian Film Institute, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders from a service provider who shall be a joint venture partner in connection with developing Filmens Hus to a meeting point. It is essential that the tenderer, through service-mindedness and operating concept is able to attend to the visiting general public and employees in such a way that it support the Awarding Authority’s services in a high quality way. The cafeteria service shall follow Filmens Hus’ opening hours and must be adjusted in accordance with requirements. The tenderer’s operating concept shall safeguard 2 functions: cafeteria service focused on the general public and Filmens Hus’ visitors, as well as services and assistance in connection with meetings and arrangements in Filmens Hus.

Newly established companies shall present documentation substantiating the tenderer is able to meet the contractual obligations, e.g. by submitting guarantee from controlling company or bank guarantee equivalent to minimum 3 months operation.

The tenderer must comply with the conditions in relation to liquor and serving licences. The tenderer must substantiate that relevant licenses will be obtained.
