(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership the tenderer shall be accompanied with a declaration of joint and several liability towards the awarding authority and third parties.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Documentation of any significant changes in the provider's equity and financial position in relation to the last audited annual accounts shall be attached the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the equity is positive. If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership, this requirement applies for each of the participants.

Tenderer's average annual turnover should be at least of the same extent as the annual revenues generated by the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

A tenderer who is a newly established company and cannot provide references, must account for company structure and human resources and competence, planned organization for the assignment and CVs for key personnel. The tender shall also include an explanation of how the provider will manage the execution of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderer shall have the necessary expertise and experience, technical, professional, organizational and administrative. Adequate technical and professional skills and relevant experience of key personnel that are proposed for the assignment are required. Documentation of this shall be attached. The tenderer shall be experienced in work of the equal nature and degree of difficulty and the tenderer must be able to refer to relevant contracts completed in a satisfactory manner. That documentation shall be enclosed with the tender. The average H1-value for the last three (3) years should be less than 15. If it is higher, the developing trend of the H1-value shall be documented, as well as the F-value and any improvements implemented and documented effects of these.
