Norsk pasientskadeerstatning

Norsk pasientskadeerstatning (NPE) shall, in co-operation with Pasientskadenemnda (PSN), in the Autumn of 2012 commence a project that will run for approx. 1,5 years. The aim of the project is to upgrade the case management systems from the current Public 360 and Doculive/PIA, respectively, to version 4.x of Public 360. In addition to upgrading both systems to a new version, adaptations shall also be implemented to improve the case flow between the organisations. In connection with this, NPE shall upgrade their IT infrastructure. This includes, among other things, new VMware servers, VMware servers for View, SAN solution, 10Gbit switch and VMware software. In addition to the supply of the above products, supplier must also be able to supply consultancy services related to the products, and also have personnel with high competence within virtualisation, storage, networking, mobility and security, with adjacent areas, of IT operations.

The framework agreement is for 2 years, with a unilateral option for award authority to prolong the agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, (2+1+1).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Description of supplier's technical capacity and professional qualifications. To demonstrate their capacity, suppliers must submit documentation of their relevant units.
To demonstrate their qualifications, suppliers must submit a short description of supplier's relevant competence.
2. Documented through 3 reference projects of recent date, that illustrates the implementation of a similar projects, with documentation of competence and capacity that was needed for implementation within project deadlines.
Supplier must state contact person(s) (names, telephone numbers, email) so that award authority can verify information if needed.
References will only be contacted if necessary.
3. Documented with offices in Norway and a survey of employees who are working in Norway, including their job titles.
4. This is documented with a copy of the certificate issued by publically approved institutions or agencies for quality control, or data on target according to EN / ISO 9000 series, and brief description of quality assurance systems.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Supplier shall have a very good ability to carry out the assignment.
2. Supplier shall have good experience from similar deliveries in the last 2 years.
3. Supplier shall be represented in Norway.
4. Supplier shall have a good and well-functioning quality system.
