Establishment of framework agreements for the procurement of technical sight aids for blind visually impaired persons. The contracts will also include the procurement of accessories, spare parts and various services such as repairs, remote help and training. The framework agreements will be for 2 years with an option for an extension for the whole of or parts of the contract 2 times up to one year. The competition consists of 43 independent items and contracts will be signed with one winner for some items, parallel framework agreements with a minimum of 3 or 4 suppliers for others.
The competition is for the following aid groups:
— ISO 220318 ReadTV. Minimum 36 different products with parts, accessories and services,
— ISO 223903 Read lists. Minimum 49 different products with parts, accessories and services,
— ISO 223906 Brail printers. 3 different products with parts, accessories and services,
— ISO 221803 Daisy players. Minimum 7 different products with parts, accessories and services,
— ISO 223021 Reading machines. Minimum 5 different products with parts, accessories and services,
— ISO 223912 Software. Minimum 15 different products with services.
