The establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of modular seating systems and kits for modular seating systems. The agreement includes the purchase of equipment and spare parts and services. The agreement is valid from 1.12.2013 through 30.11.2015. The customer has an option for extension(s) of all or part of the agreement for a period of a total of 2 years. The competition includes two separate product lots. It will be signed parallel framework agreements will be signed for both product lots.

(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

It is required that the tenderer is a legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre,
— Foreign companies: certificate of registration in the trade index or the register of business enterprises as required in the legislation where the supplier is established.

Credit appraisal from a publicly approved credit rating agency. The appraisal shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures with a statement on how the credit rating has developed during the previous 3 years.

It is required that the tenderer has adequate financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.

— Description of supplier's technical personnel and technical units available to supplier for the fulfillment of the contract, whether these belong to supplier or not.
— A statement of the quality assurance system operated by the company, any statements from a certification body confirming the fulfillment of quality assurance standards to be attached.
