AS Vinmonopolet would like to enter into a nationwide contract with 1 supplier for:Group replacement and delivery of light sources. The aim of the contract(s) is to cover all the shops in the country and the department offices in Bergen and Trondheim and the chain office in Oslo.Tenderers shall describe geographically where they have service personnel. State the hourly rate, mark-up on "main catalogue prices", discount schemes, car allowance and payment during journeys. Long journeys from the service workshop to our shops must be avoided.Services will be procured on these contracts for just under 1 000 000 NOK per annum.A light source overview per shop shall be mapped before the replacement.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
AS Vinmonopolet will enter into a contract for 1 year with an option for a further 1+1+1 year on unchanged terms.
Varighet: 12 måneder

Hovedsted eller utførelsessted: Over the whole of Norway.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient financial solidity is required.
Documentation – proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions).

If a supplier has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be provided, he can document his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. If a supplier has such valid reasons, he shall contact the awarding authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation can be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Requirement 1: Experience from equivalent contracts and a good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
— Requirement 2: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
— Requirement 3: Environment requirement.
Documentation – proof that the requirements are fulfilled:
— The company’s most important contracts in the last 3 years, including their value, date and recipient (see requirement 1).
— Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent, or an account of the company’s quality assurance/control system (see requirement 2).
— Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS registration, Environment Lighthouse certification, other environment management system verified by an accredited third party or other documentation that the awarding authority can accept (e.g. overview of implemented environment measures in recent years, documented by the last years’ environment report) (see requirement 3).
