Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Award authority has general ability to see/handle necessary changes, and a right to order changes within what suppliers can reasonably expect. This may be IT-related support in connection with projects and changes. Award authority may also decide to extend the agreement to include some of their other IT systems not included the agreement, because the requirements can be solved in many different ways, and because it is believed that the operation of these systems, in terms of costs, will constitute a small portion of the agreement. As an option supplier can choose to submit cost calculation for operation of the web. Award authority has the right to extend the agreement for 1 + 1 years (2 years in total).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

Requirement 1:
Supplier shall have considerable experience from similar assignments, see requirement specification.
Requirement 2:
Supplier shall have good capacity.
Requirement 3:
Supplier shall have very good competence.
Requirement 4:
Supplier shall have a quality assurance system.
