Beskrivelse av opsjoner: The agreement is for 2 years and 4 months. Option of 1 + 1 year prolongation.
Varighet: 52 måneder

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 6 months, based on the most recent accounting figures. A rating shall be carried out by a publically verified credit evaluation company.
If supplier has valid reason for not submitting the documentation requested by award authority, he can demonstrate his economic and financial standing through any other documentation acceptable to award authority.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Supplier shall have the financial capacity to execute the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
Supplier shall enclose a list of the 5 most important comparable deliveries in the period 2008 - 2012. At least 2 of these shall be deliveries to large municipal customers.
Award authority's name, annual value, content, timing, and award authority's contact person (name, phone and e-mail). Contact person will only be contacted if necessary.
Supplier shall describe their ability and capacity for the assignment/contract.
A statement of supplier's quality assurance/quality control system and a copy of any system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or similar documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Supplier shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Supplier shall have the ability and capacity to execute the assignment.
Supplier shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services which shall be delivered.
