— Annual accounts for 2011 and 2010, including the board’s annual report, profit and loss accountings, balance sheets, notes and the auditor’s report,
— Overview of the temporary turnover and equity for 2012, as well as the most recent annual financial report (if the annual accounts for 2012 are available upon deadline for receipt of tenders, these may be presented),
— If the tenderer has valid reason as to why the financial position cannot be substantiated in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Awarding Authority will considers other adequate documentation.

Financial capacity to meet the contractual obligations*:
1) Minimum turnover of 500 000 000 NOK, average for the previous 3 years, including 2012.
2) Minimum equity of 15 % in average for the previous 3 years.
*) The Awarding Authority emphasise that tenderers unable to comply with the requirements related to turnover and equity, the Public Procurement regulations’ § 17-8 enables a tenderer to rely on other company’s capacity. If so, the tenderer must submit documentation showing that the requested resources are at the tenderer’s disposal.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the previous 5 years, with certificates of satisfactory execution of the most important works. The certificates shall state the works’ value, and the date and place of the works as well as the extent to which the works were carried out professionally and properly.. A reference person ought to be given, and the Awarding Authority shall be given permission to contact this person,

— Information of education and professional qualifications at the tenderer as well as the company's administrative management (competence matrix),
— CVs showing the education and work experience of the tenderer’s personnel as well as an overview of previously executed assignments (the awarding authority, size, value, type/nature and the employees function in the project),
— An account of the tenderer’s average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years,
— Central approval or a statement that the company/business is qualified for local approval, enterprise classification 3,
— Certificate of the company's quality assurance/control system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2001,
— The awarding authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures,
— Account of existing routines for a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS).
