Øvre Eiker Municipality, hereafter called award authority, invites suppliers to an open tender contest in connection with the Eikertun project in Hokksund.
Øvre Eiker Municipality currently operates many health enterprises for Eikertun in Hokksund, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities adapted to the elderly in the community. The area shall be further developed with a new nursing home, including an accident and emergency post, parking, a new sensory garden, and the reconstruction of parts of the existing nursing home.
In this connection, Øvre Eiker Municipality requires technical consultancy which together shall form a design group.

Øvre Eiker Municipality has a unilateral option to make use of the option to extend the development of the project "Eikertun". The option will comprise the project's Phase 2 in accordance with political approval of further extension of Eikertun. These plans are not approved at present.
