Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) intends to acquire a system commonly known as a Tagging, Tracking and Locating System (TTL). The TTL is a system aimed at tracking units in the field. The system deliverables will comprise integration of Commercial-of-the-Shelf components (hardware and software), supported by the integrated logistics support required to operate and maintain the system.
