System for management of deviation in Avinor AS and Oslo Airport AS

Avinor AS and Oslo Airport AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, would like to procure a system for management of deviation which shall be integrated in the corporation’s overall performance management.
The system shall contribute to utilise relevant security and quality information in an overall manner. Conditions of importance for security and quality come from various sources such as incidents, deviations, audits, surveys, safety surveys, risk analyses, safety inspections, improvement proposals, complaints from customers, etc.
It will be necessary with overall management of all these sources, in order to support continuous improvements and risk reductions in the entire corporation. The procurement is further described in the qualification documents.
