Brannvesenet Sør IKS

Award authority requests tenders for sweeping of approx. 5 500 heating installations, and inspection of approx. 1 800 heating installations per year. The work shall be caried out, at all times, in accordance with the current regulations for fire prevention measures and inspections, Chapter 7.
Sweeping shall be carried out when deemed necessary, but shall be carried out, as a minimum, once every 4 years. This means that approx. 60-70 % of the heating installations is swept once a year.
Inspection shall be caried out in Audnedal, Hægebostad, Kvinesdal, Marnardal and Åseral municipalities. Inspection of heating installations shall be carried out, as a minimum, every 4 years.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Award authority has an option to extend the contract for one year, under the same conditions, therefore the total contract period is 5 years. A possible extension of the contract must be called forth 2 months before the end of the contract period, at the latest.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Tenderer shall be up to date with payments of taxes and VAT.
Tenderer shall have a functioning HES system.
Tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Copy of credit evaluation/rating, no older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically approved credit evaluation company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Supplier shall have the financial capacity to execute the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Copy of master certificate/apprentiship certificate or equivalent documentation. Manpower for this assignment must be documented by submitting an organisation plan with names and CVs for key personnel involved in executing this contract.

Tenderer must conform to the wage and work condition regulations, in accordance with the wage and work conditions for public contracts.

For 2002-06-26-847 (regulation for fire prevention measures) § 7-4.
The Municipality can enter into a contract for sweeping and inspection of heating installations with sweeper with a master certificate or equivalent qualifications.
