Support for preparation of new MRS-system for Innovation Norway and SIVA SF

In the White Paper Report. St. 22 (2011-2012) "Tools for growth - about Innovation Norway and SIVA SF", the new overall aim presented for both Innovation Norway and SIVA. The Ministry of Trade and Industry (NHD), in co-operation with other owners, award authorities and each company shall develop a more operational and detailed performance management system for Innovation Norway and SIVA respectively, based on the new ?principle? aim. In working with a new performance management system and the development of management and control parameters for both companies, NHD requires support for:
1. Process Management and expertise in the preparation of MRS systems for managing complex public enterprises.
2. Research-based expertise in the selection of good control parameters for industrial policy measures.
