The Norwegian industrial property office, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, subscribes approx. 200 periodicals. The assignment includes agent services for subscriptions of periodicals by carrying out orders, claims, management of subscriptions, including management of access to electronic subscriptions.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have good solidity. The solidity will be compared with the risk of the assignment. The solidity shall be substantiated by presenting the tenderer’s annual accounts for the previous 2 fiscal years. The annual accounts shall include the auditor’s reports. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisal of the tenderer if found adequate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The Awarding Authority requires a supplier who manages potential discrepancies and claims well and learn from his mistakes. The Awarding Authority also requires a supplier who works systematically and has a conscious relation to quality assurance.

The quality assurance routines shall as a minimum be substantiated through handbooks, manuals, routines or other documents that describes follow-up of discrepancy, management of claims and general follow up of quality.

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with an experienced relevant supplier with broad competence and capacity for the requested field. The supplier shall have several years experience from this type of agent activity. The supplier must describe his competence and capacity.

The Awarding Authority requests that the supplier present a list of all of the supplier’s assignments of corresponding nature, approximate similar scope or larger and been delivered to Norwegian awarding authorities.

The list shall contain references with name of contact, telephone no. and e-mail address. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to address the contact person and obtain references without approaching the tenderer. The tenderer shall present any relevant written references. The tenderer shall also substantiate capacity to execute the assignment.
