The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement involving consultancy services, which shall provide the Awarding Authority with access to knowledge from researches, analyses and tendencies in relation to all aspects of the ICT market, both nationally and internationally. This shall be conducted through exploring possibilities for purchasing subscriptions on strategic analyses, benchmarking and consultancy services related to ICT.
The subscriptions shall particularly support governance, long-term architecture works, exercising competent authority’ assignments and planning of projects. Furthermore, the framework agreement shall ensure the Awarding Authority’s possibilities for preparing analyses and elucidations, etc., in accordance with separate specifications.
