The project in its present form is a 4 storey building of approximately 4 500 m² total gross area (6 070 incl. basement).
In the first 2 floors are the 24 hour departments with space for 15 residential units on each floor. The first floor will also contain a unit for the Ambulant team AME. On the floors above it will be clinics, respectively. Public psychiatric outpatient clinic on the 3rd floor and group clinic partially on 3 - and the whole of the 4 floor.
In the basement there is parking, technical room and staff changing rooms.
The works will be implemented as part contracts divided as follows:
