The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall procure system software, including services for monitoring and control of log data from technical environments and selected applications.
The existing system software is delivered by CA and mainly comprises of the following two products:
— CA Security Command Center,
— CA Audit.
The existing system transfers/collects further specified data/logs regarding inquiries and transactions from the source systems to CA Audit database. The application Security Command Center controls and monitors the obtained data and generates reports for periodical control and provides options for consideration of historical data.
The procurement shall provide possibilities for:
— Centrally monitoring various log data,
— Increasing the safety in the Awarding Authority’s systems.
The Awarding Authority will require software which shall cover i.a. the following functionalities:
— Collection of data /logs from a number of various source systems (operating systems, databases and applications),
— Presenting these data/logs as notifications, reports and with options for implementation of interrogations against the collected logs.
Further specifications of functional requirements and options will be given in the tender documents.

The agreement of procurement will be in force from contract signing by both parties and will be initiated by implementation of a Start up Project.
The agreement period is 4 years from approval date with options for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) with written notifications minimum 6 months prior to each prolongation period.
