The Procurement cooperation in Sør-Østerdal, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of medical consumables and incontinence products. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Self-declaration of conduct shall be presented.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to execute the assignments.

The tenderer shall have an established quality assurance system.
The tenderer shall have an environmental management system which ensure a low environmental impact in connection with the delivery.
