Smart house platform and basic package of welfare technology for the Fight Welfare+
Oslo municipality c/o the Department for elderly persons and social services invite companies to an open tender competition for the procurement of a smart house platform and basic package of welfare technology for the Fight welfare+ - a pilot project.
Based on this, Oslo municipality would like to enter into a contract with a well estblished supplier in the market that has experience from similar installations. The supplier must have sufficient capacity, both as regards manpower and competence, to carry out the work in a quick and efficient way. In addition there will be requirements regarding professional operation, service, maintenance and training. The supplier can use sub suppliers for the assignment.
The municipality shall procure:
— smart house platform with open, standardised protocols,
— 100 touch screens,
— 100 internal safety alarms,
— training, service and maintenance for the project period, 1.9.2012-31.7.2014.
Option for a further 1 year of training, service and maintenance.
