Shared web conference solution for Norwegian R&E sector

The purpose of this call for tender is to procure a multi-platform web conference solution for the Norwegian higher education and research sector. This solution will be used by Uninett to offer a shared web conference service to -potentially- all its members.
The procured solution may be a hosted service, an on-premise service or a combination of these.

Contract will be entered into with one supplier for this commission. The duration of the contract will be 3 years with an option for annual extensions (1+1+1 years).

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
