The purpose of this call for tender is to procure a multi-platform web conference solution for the Norwegian higher education and research sector. This solution will be used by Uninett to offer a shared web conference service to -potentially- all its members.
The procured solution may be a hosted service, an on-premise service or a combination of these.

Together these institutions have a total of approximately 160 000 students and 30 000 employees, comprising the majority of users in the Norwegian higher education and research sector.The current AdobeConnect pilot runs with 250 concurrent user licenses. Based on the usage development during the pilot the procured service must initially be able to serve 500 concurrent users. We expect this number to double annually.
