The procurement involves transport of library materials:
— between the municipal public libraries (main libraries in a total of 48 municipalities), the participating upper secondary schools (11 in Nord-Trøndelag and 24 in Sør-Trøndelag), the county libraries in Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s university library (11 department libraries) and the Nord-Trøndelag University College’s library (4 department libraries),
— to all remaining libraries in Trøndelag,
— to all remaining libraries in Norway,
— to libraries abroad.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations.

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
The tenderer shall present a list of the principal deliveries for the previous 3 years, with name, telephone no. and e-mail address to contact person. References will be contacted upon requirements, only. Statement of the company’s environmental policy/environmental works. If the company has implemented a environmental management system, copy of the system certificate shall be attached the tender.

A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested services is required. The tenderer shall have a conscious policy in relation to environment and use of substances which do not damage the environment.
