The procurement for window film for the windows in Oslo’s city hall intends to ensure that the windows in the greatest extent possible do not emit shrapnel into the building by outside influences, including the detonation of explosives / explosions in the immediate proximity to the outside of the building.

The awarding authority will obtain credit information on the supplier's. The awarding authority will use Experian as as the source for the credit information.
The supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementing the contract.

— Overview of the companies total manpower, with a organisation chart that includes details of the company's total workforce, with the staffing plan and an explanation of how the work will be carried out.
— Overview of 3 relevant assignments in the last 5 years, including the value, dates and recipients.
— Documentation that provides information about the companies quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company. If the supplier is certified, a copy of the system certificate issued by a certification body.
— It is required to have the proper implementation capacity.
— Very good experience from equivalent assignments is required.
— A good and efficient quality assurance system for the goods that will be delivered is required.
