Renovest IKS

The Waste Company requests tenders for implementation of sanitation services for all-year subscribers and holiday houses in the sanitation area.
The contract will also include waste disposal, collection of waste from waste disposals and unmanned return points (i.e. internal transport) and external transport of waste to site for final processing.
Separate agreement for external transport subsequent to assessment specified in the tender documents, may be entered into.
All waste belongs to Renovest.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

Documentation showing assessments of the tenders - Solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
(7) Other documentation required (please state below).
Personnel shall communicate with the Awarding Authority and subscribers in Norwegian.
The transport equipment shall be in compliance with EURO classification V.
Requirement for resources (for personnel and equipment) shall be described. Compare point III.2.1 (5).
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
Guarantee for meeting the contractual obligations are 50 % of annual value. Incidentally as given in Norwegian Standard (NS) 9430:2002, point 23.1. Insurances in accordance with Norwegian Standard (NS) 9430:2002, point 24.
