Procurement of a new system for access control, including supply of new cards for production on site, boundary protection, securing doors and lifts, alarm transmission as well as security guard services at the head office in Oslo. Service agreement for the entire system shall be entered into. Complete description of the delivery is given in annex 1. Innovation Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a 4 year agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

Credit rating conducted by an acknowledge credit rating agency. The rating shall not be lower than D&B rating A or equivalent.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
