The project will be carried out as a general contract and includes new ventilation installations for the entire school except the gym hall, changing room, swimming pool and a separate wooden building where the after-school care is based. New technical rooms shall be established. Large parts of the electrical installations shall also be replaced and additional insulation of some ceilings shall be carried out due to air leakages and cold drafts. New ceilings shall be assembled in most areas. The area that is affected by the project is approx. 6000 m.

The certificates shall state the work's value, as well as the date and place of work and to what extent the work was carried out professionally and properly. A reference person ought to be given and Undervisningsbygg has the authority to contact this person,

— CVs that show that the contractor's personnel's education and work experience, as well as an overview of previously carried out assignments (awarding authority, size, value and type/nature and the employee's role in the project),
— An account of the contractor's average work strength and the number of employoees in the administrative management in the last three years,
— Central certification in development class 2, or a statement that the company is qualified for local certification,
— Certificate for the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the contractor fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002,
— The awarding authority will also accept other documentation showing that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures.
