Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfill their obligations given the estimated scope of delivery.
Each tenderer will be evaluated by the awarding authority using a credit rating. We use the firm Soliditet, which makes credit evaluations based on the "direct response model" (svar direkte modell).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
