— To be delivered in accordance with EU requirements regarding registration of motor vehicles.

Railway operations:

— Must comply with relevant BoStrab requirements.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Requirement: for works which shall be executed in Norway, all tenderers shall meet the statutory Norwegian requirement in relation to health, safety and environment (HSE).
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirements:
Profit and loss accounting, balance sheets including notes, as well as annual reports and auditor’s reports for the previous 2 years.
Profit and loss accounting and balance sheets for the previous 6 months, if there is more than 6 months since the latest annual accounts. The annex “Firmaopplysninger” (Company information), Annex B letter a); the tenderer’s financial situation shall also be completed. See the qualification documents.

The tenderer shall have adequate implementation ability.
Documentation requirement:
A brief and principal description of the company, including:
— An overview of the company’s history, organisation structure and ownership as well as a description of the existing activities.
— Description of the company’s business idea and how the company is organised in relation to delivery of carriages for cleaning tracks.
— On overview of competence at disposal, in connection with implementation of this assignment. If joint venture partners/subsuppliers are involved, this shall be described and stated in the tender.
The tenderer shall have considerable experience from equivalent deliveries/assignments to companies of corresponding complexity.
An overview of the principal, relevant assignments for the previous 5 years. The tenderer shall give an account for at least 2 previously executed works/projects, including values, dates of implementation, contact information, verified certificate or description from recipients with relevance to the Awarding Authority’s area of operation. The tenderer shall use the attachment “Firmaopplysninger” (Business information), see annex B, point b. “Tilbyder sin erfaring fra tilsvarende arbeider” (the Tenderer’s experience from corresponding works) and annex C; Certificate. If required, the references are to be contacted.
