Research project regarding adult learning association - pre-qualification

Knowledge of the adult learning associations’ activities is necessary for considering their function, tasks and constraints in connection with general contribution for adult education and for carrying out a goal-oriented policy for the area.
In order to receive more information of the adult learning associations’ activities, and based on this information, suggest political measures in relation to competence, the Ministry of Education and Research has given Vox, Norwegian Agency for Lifelong Learning, henceforth referred to as the awarding authority, the assignment of initiating a research project.
The research project shall provide new knowledge and perspectives in relation to:
— The adult learning associations’ functions and distinctive characters as providers of adult education,
— The adult learning associations’ activities as well as effects of these,
— Organisation of the adult learning associations’ finances.

— Documentation showing sufficient capacity in the organisation to execute the assignment,

— An overview of the tenderer’s deliveries during the previous 3 years, with relevance to this assignment. The overview shall contain a brief description of the delivery as well as information of value, date and recipient. It must be described what is delivered and the function the tenderer had in the delivery,

— Name and contact information to references shall be given.

Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:

The awarding authority will have requirements to the tenderer’s technical qualifications as well as the financial and economic positions. These requirements will be assessed based on submitted documentation. The qualification requirements are the basis for pre-qualification of the tenderers. All tenderers meeting the qualification requirements will be invited to submit tenders.
