The following areas of responsibility shall as a minimum be included in the matrix, project management, controller, SHA, architect, environmental protection officer, technical consultants (engineering designers), financial advisors, environmental consultants, property operators and any central contractors. A list of which company shall carry out the assignment shall be given for each profession. A description shall be given of the personnel with education and professional qualifications that the contractor can use within each of the general and special professions. CVs shall not be sent.

Contractors shall work out an overview of the most important assignments in the last five years, including a description of the five most relevant assignments, including their value, date and recipients.
Names and e-mail addresses of a contact person shall be given for each of these five most relevant projects, including the tenants. The awarding authority reserves the right to contract the named reference persons.
