Supplier shall have good qualifications and good capacity related to the delivery. Any selection among qualified suppliers to participate in the competition will be based on an overall evaluation of the suppliers that best meet the following selection criteria for participation in the contest for the purchase of regional ICT solution for profile management:

— Economic and financial qualifications (weighting 10 %).

Supplier-capacity (30 % weighting).

— Relevant deliveries and references (weighting 60 %).
