Information about the project:

Trondheim kommune intends to alter the Ladebekken culvert on the section from the existing culvert at Ila Lillebys building site to the west along the railway to the east up to the existing culvert by Køff’s warehouse to the east.

Construction is likely to start from February 2013 until the end of 2013.

Key information:

— Evaluation criteria for the selection of a contractor: the most economically advantageous for the municipality: the total bid amount is weighted at 80 %. Quality of the offered contract work, which consists of the two factors "the implementation plan, organisation plan, work plan " and "key personnel skills", will be weighted at 20 %,

— Qualifications for the contractor: central approval or foreseeable local approval in the working area enterprise classification 3,

— The planned date for publishing drawings and further descriptions in Doffin / TED database: 11/30/2012,

— Bid Inspection: 14.12.2012 at 10.00 o’clock,

— Deadline for questions related to the tender documents: 7.1.2013,

— Deadline for the receipt of tenders: 22.1.2013 time. 13:00,

— Desired start date for construction work: 15.2.2013,

— Desired completion date: 31.12.2013.
